· The grades for intensive interim sessions will be dealt separately from the grades for regular semesters.
· The credits earned from the courses taken in the intensive interim sessions will count toward graduation
but will not count toward school warnings.
· Credit Transfer: It is possible to transfer the credits earned in other institutions.

¨ç There may be an establishment of summer and/or winter sessions when determined necessary by the
President.
¨è The registration, selection and modification of courses must be approved by the President. However,
in the event of lack of enrollments in any given course, the course may be cancelled.

¨ë The maximum credit numbers that students can take during intensive interim sessions are six credits.
Students must attend at least 3/4 of the total class hours in order to receive a full credit for the
registered course.
¨ì One credit requires 15 course hours during intensive interim sessions.
¨í If some cases of core courses that are usually offered during a regular semester are required to be
offered during intensive interim sessions, the courses can be offered by the permission of the president
with the submission of a course syllabus which includes a full description of the course by the
department chair 15 days prior to the commencement of the course.
¨î The President determines the tuition for the courses offered during intensive interim sessions.
The tuition is determined within 1/24 of total tuition of the related school year per credit.
¨ï The grades earned during intensive interim sessions do not count toward class ranking and only count
toward the course credits.
