(1) Attendance

|
Student must attend all their registered courses. In the event that a student misses 1/4 or more of the total class hours, the student will receive a F for the course regardless of his/her result of the exams.

In case of the following causes for an absence, a student must present written documents to academic affairs section via the professors and his/her advisor.

- Death of a parent: 5 days of absences are allowed if a death certificate is provided.
- Death of a grandparent: 3 days of absences are allowed if a death certificate is provided.
- Wedding (Self):5 days of absences are allowed if a printed wedding invitation is provided.
- Physical Examination for Military Service: Three days of absence before or after the physical
examination if the proof of physical examination are provided.
- Military Re-training: One day of absence is allowed if the notification of re-training is provided.
- Attendance of special events approved by the President: The number of days allowed for an absence
is subject to an official record provided.

(2) Course Hours

Require period in residence for graduation is two years (four semesters) and for the three year programs three years (six semesters)

(1) Academic year

|

Academic year is from March 1st to the end of following February. The academic year is divided into first and second semester.

Sometimes, the classes can commence prior to the official commencement of a semester.

ич First semester: From March 1st to August 31st.
иш Second semester: From September 1st to the end of February the following year.

(2) Each semester

Each semester is 15 weeks.

When a student wants to earn academic credits, the student must register for a desired course(s) and the registration is completed by the payment of the relevant tuition through its procedures

If a student, without any legitimate reason, fails to register during a registration period, the student can be suspended from the college.

If a student fails to pay his/her tuition by the deadline each semester, the completed courses remain as an incomplete in his/her academic record.
(1) Regular Registration

ич Students must pay their tuition before the deadline every semester.
иш The deadlines for the registration and tuition are announced every semester.

(2) Tuition for Leave of Absence

|
Students who take a leave of absence within the first 1/4 of a semester get a full credit for the tuition. Those who take a leave of absence after the first 1/4 of a semester do not get any credit for the tuition with an exception of those who serve on military duties.

ич Leave of absence for a service in military duties: A full tuition is credited up to 3/4 beyond the commencement of a semester.
иш Leave of Absence due to Illness: A full tuition is credited up to 1/2 beyond the commencement of a semester. If a student takes a leave of absence after 1/2 beyond the commencement of a semester, the student does not get any credit for the tuition.

(3) Tuition for Returning Students

Students who take a leave of absence within the first 1/4 of a semester get a full credit for the tuition. Those who take a leave of absence after the first 1/4 of a semester do not get any credit for the tuition with an exception of those who serve on military duties.

ич If when a student takes a leave of absence, he does not get any credit for his tuition, he must pay his tuition in full except the entrance fee when he returns to school.
иш Students must pay their tuition in full every semester beyond his return.

(4) The tuition for the fifth semester registration

If the credits enrolled exceed 12 credits, the tuition must be paid in full.

Registration must be completed within the deadline determined by the President.
|
(1) The paid tuition will only be refunded under the following circumstances

ич If the payment made exceeds the required tuition, the difference will be refunded in full amount
иш If an admitted student decides to surrender his/her admission
ищ If a current student decides to withdraw from the college.
|
(2) The dates that determines the refund of the tuition are as follows:

ич For new students/transfer students: The date applied for a surrender of their admission.
иш For current students: The date applied for a withdrawal.
ищ For students who are on a leave of absence and who decide to withdraw from the college: The date applied for a withdrawal.

(2) Class liability days of 30, 60, and 90 days are in an accordance with the school administrative schedules and if the end of the 30, 60, and 90 days occurs in a weekend or holiday, the school will extend the deadline to the next business day.

(3) If a recipient of a scholarship or tuition waiver withdraws from the college, all scholarships and tuition waiver will count toward the actual tuition and thus will follow the same refund policy and regulations.

(4) The policy of the tuition for students who are on a leave of absence is as follows:

ич Regular Leave of Absence: The full tuition is credited.
иш Leave of Absence due to Illness: A full tuition is credited up to 1/2 beyond the commencement of a semester. 1/2 of tuition except the entrance fee is credited from more than 1/2 to 3/4 beyond the commencement of a semester.
ищ Leave of absence for a service in military duties: A full tuition is credited up to 3/4 beyond the commencement of a semester--beyond the 3/4 from the commencement of a semester, there will be no refund.
